In Short

• Plan, support, and coordinate innovation-focused events.
• Work with marketing and product teams to create immersive experiences.
• Manage projects including deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate to achieve revenue generation goals for events.
• Communicate details regarding event setups and services.
• Be present at events and flexible with working hours.
• Coordinate suppliers and troubleshoot event issues.
• Track event finances including invoicing and reporting.
• Manage digital events and speaker logistics.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from various staff and clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high professionalism.
• Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
• High customer service ethics and quality expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree and related event planning experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and event management.
• Comfortable hosting in-person and digital events.
