Overview

As the first dedicated RevOps hire at Qualytics, you will architect and operate our revenue engine, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create efficient systems.

In Short

  • Build & own the GTM tech stack with a focus on AI-native tools
  • Implement scalable workflows for marketing and sales
  • Develop and maintain reporting for pipeline health and performance analytics
  • Enable visibility into the revenue funnel for stakeholders
  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools for prospecting and campaign optimization
  • Ensure high-quality CRM data
  • Identify and recommend improvements for the GTM engine

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in RevOps at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with AI-powered tools
  • Strong grasp of revenue funnel mechanics
  • Bias for action and process design
  • Excellent data skills for insights
  • Experience collaborating with Finance and GTM teams
