Overview

We’re seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead and scale our revenue operations with a sharp focus on enterprise B2B sales. This role is responsible for defining and executing a repeatable sales strategy, building a world-class sales organization, and delivering predictable revenue growth.

In Short

  • Define and implement the overall enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Develop territory plans, customer segmentation strategies, and account prioritization models
  • Own revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and attainment of ARR growth targets
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization
  • Build scalable sales processes and qualification frameworks
  • Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts and lead negotiations
  • Work with Marketing to refine ideal customer profiles and GTM targeting
  • Proven sales executive with 8+ years of experience
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $10M+ ARR targets
  • Strong communicator and leader

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales leadership
  • Demonstrated success in owning $10M+ ARR
  • Expertise in building sales playbooks and processes
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing sales professionals
  • Experience in early- to mid-stage venture-backed SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and infrastructure
  • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing
