The Revenue Operations Manager at Revv will play a crucial role in partnering with Sales leadership and collaborating across various departments to enhance revenue processes and outcomes.

In Short

  • Work closely with Sales leadership to translate growth goals into operational plans.
  • Standardize the AE sales process ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Own Salesforce reporting and dashboards for real-time visibility into pipeline.
  • Build and maintain forecasting methodologies for accurate revenue predictions.
  • Partner with Finance on quota design and territory assignments.
  • Oversee Salesforce and connected tools to enhance seller efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams for improved processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields required.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and understanding of SaaS revenue metrics needed.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in SaaS.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise, including reporting and workflows.
  • Proven success in enabling AE/BDR sales motions.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS revenue metrics.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Finance.
  • Ability to influence leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
