Requirements

• 7+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with a backend focus.
• Experience in SaaS development, preferably in B2B.
• Proficiency in Node.js/Express and TypeScript.
• Advanced skills in PostgreSQL.
• Experience with unit and integration tests.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Frontend expertise in React/Next.js is a plus.
• Experience in high-growth startups is beneficial.
• Prior mentorship or leadership experience is a plus.
