Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as a critical backbone for Builder Prime’s GTM organization, driving data accuracy, process automation, and cross-functional alignment.

In Short

  • Build and maintain source of truth reporting.
  • Own CRM administration (HubSpot) and data governance.
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing operations.
  • Implement scalable processes for activity tracking.
  • Audit and optimize the GTM tech stack.
  • Partner with GTM leadership for reliable reporting.
  • Track health scores and churn risk for Customer Success.
  • Support campaign setup and attribution modeling.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in RevOps/GTM Ops/Sales Ops/CS Ops.
  • Strong analytical mindset with reporting experience in HubSpot.
  • Ability to diagnose workflow/process issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and CRM tools.
