Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager at Nabla is responsible for driving predictable revenue across sales, marketing, and customer experience by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue and streamline processes.

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for visibility.
  • Collaborate with teams to align on revenue-driving processes.
  • Design and implement repeatable revenue processes.
  • Lead onboarding and training for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Own CRM and related GTM tech stack.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the tech stack.
  • Support change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Proven experience in scaling GTM systems at high-growth organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integrity.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM software, especially Hubspot.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive initiatives.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS is a plus.
