Overview

The Partner Technical Solutions Manager will own the technical success, enablement, and post-launch support of reseller and integration partnerships, bridging Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

In Short

  • Own technical success and enablement for reseller partnerships.
  • Lead technical project during partner implementation and onboarding.
  • Serve as technical escalation point for partners post-launch.
  • Maintain partner-facing technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical blockers.
  • Test and validate new releases for partner compatibility.
  • Run technical training sessions for partner teams.
  • Track partner feedback and advocate for enhancements.
  • Manage integration requirements and data-flow architecture.
  • Exceptional communicator bridging business and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in technical solutions or implementation engineering.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication models.
  • Familiarity with FHIR, SMART-on-FHIR, and HL7.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Sentry or Datadog.
  • Ability to write scripts for validation and testing.
  • Exceptional clarity in writing documentation.
  • Experience working with reseller or platform partners preferred.
  • Ability to build trust with partner counterparts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
