In Short

• Understand technical deliverables of the IFS implementation project.
• Coordinate all technical activities in the implementation/upgrade project.
• Act as the point of contact for the customer and project team.
• Plan, coordinate, and track progress of CRIM development activities.
• Forecast technical resource demand and secure resources.
• Resolve technical issues during the project.
• Participate in technical CRIM items and ensure robust solutions.
• Assist customers with technical configuration and security setup.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical activities simultaneously.
• Experience with IFS products is a plus.
• Technical background related to software deployment.
