Overview

We are searching for an experienced Sales Leader to lead our Technical Solutions sales team throughout California. The mission is to continue to develop the existing sales culture, along with the growth and management of an existing book of business.

In Short

  • Lead the Sales Team to drive business by executing sales strategies.
  • Develop and direct the B2B sales team in new business development.
  • Lead, hire, develop, and train a sales team of successful outside sales representatives.
  • Support and guide staff during the sales process.
  • Develop infrastructure solutions for client needs.
  • Work closely with branch management to drive results.
  • Manage financial sales reports and planning.
  • Accompany sales representatives on customer appointments.
  • Assist sales staff in building financial analyses.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with sales members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years proven outside sales experience.
  • Natural “hunter” sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated record of success in selling services.
  • Self-disciplined and results driven.
  • Financial acumen and experience selling business solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team building qualities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Live in the Tustin, CA area (position is hybrid).
