Field Workplace Investigations Partner - Remote

Overview

ABM is hiring a newly created Field Workplace Investigations Partner role to serve as a subject matter expert on employment investigations. This role will investigate and provide consult on a wide range of potentially complex and sensitive internal workplace investigations.

Requirements

• 5 years of HR generalist and employee relations experience.
• Experience leading employment investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to conduct investigative interviews remotely.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
