Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workplace Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, and other violations of company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in workplace investigations.
  • Certification in workplace investigations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in investigation management software.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews via video conferencing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
