Fraud Investigator - Remote

Overview

The Fraud Investigator role at Lendable involves conducting important fraud checks and investigations to protect customers and society from financial crime.

In Short

• Conduct fraud checks on new applicants and existing customers.
• Work in the office 3 days a week in either London or Kent.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one weekend shift every 4 weeks.
• Utilize fraud systems and intelligence sources for case decisions.
• Report fraud to organizations like Cifas.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication required.
• Previous fraud experience is advantageous.
