The Payroll Manager will lead a payroll processing team, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in payroll management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of payroll regulations
• Proficiency with payroll systems, preferably Paylocity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starter with accountability for results
