In Short

• Act as the go-to payroll contact for clients.
• Manage the full payroll pipeline from pre-sale through live.
• Coordinate with external payroll bureau for timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Standardize workflows across clients for efficiency.
• Be the in-house payroll expert and answer queries.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of UK & Ireland payroll legislation.
• Experience in client-facing payroll roles.
• Confidence with payroll systems and HMRC submissions.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communicator.
