In Short

• Evolve is an emerging power house in the vacation rental and hospitality space.
• You will have the opportunity to create a world class payroll function for 600+ Evolvers.
• Preparation, processing, and review of bi-weekly full cycle US payroll.
• Implement and maintain HRIS and payroll processing systems.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Supervise and review the work of payroll support staff.
• Facilitate audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify and recommend updates to payroll software and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and people teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll processing and systems management experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Certified Payroll Professionals (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions and regulations.
• Proficient with payroll software (Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service and collaborative mindset.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to manage competing organizational priorities.
