Payroll Manager - Remote

Overview

A detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Manager is needed to oversee payroll operations and support the administration of global equity plans.

In Short

• Manage payroll operations and liaise with HR Ops and ADP for processing, approvals, and audits
• Support U.S. employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Administer and track global equity programs in compliance with plan documentation
• Prepare and review payroll and equity reports in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams
• Maintain SOX compliance and documentation for internal and external audits
• Partner with external agencies, benefit providers, and stakeholders on compliance matters
• Support communication and education around equity and payroll programs for employees

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Customer-service mindset
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably ADP
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams
