Payroll Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Payroll Manager, you are responsible for generating and ensuring accuracy of salary calculations, income taxes, and other salary-related fees. You will guarantee declarations to authorities and payments corresponding to legal demands while managing the salary department team according to H&M values and guidelines.

In Short

• Oversee processing of payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and raises.
• Ensure accurate processing of weekly/monthly payroll processes.
• Support requests by answering daily questions and exceptional challenges.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
• Act as a business project leader when applicable.

Requirements

• Experience in Payroll and understanding of local laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and make key decisions.
• Strong and confident leaders who inspire and develop their teams.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese.
