Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while collaborating with the People team.

In Short

• Manage payroll for 600 employees across several US states and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with global tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
• Optimize payroll processes using Workday and Deel software.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with HR for accurate processing of employee benefits.
• Identify opportunities for payroll process improvements.
• Manage annual preparation and delivery of W-2s.
• Collaborate with internal departments for payroll requests.
• Communicate payroll information effectively to employees.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct payroll experience.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll tax compliance requirements.
• Experience with multi-state US payroll and global payroll.
• Proficiency in Workday and MS Office applications.
• Experience with third-party payroll administrators.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS degree preferred; CPP certification is a plus.
