Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in a STEM subject with a statistics component.
• 3-5 years of experience in ML systems from idea to production.
• Strong Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., Scikitlearn, Pandas, LightGBM).
• Structured thinking with a clear process for ML problems.
• Rigorous statistical and experimental thinking.
• Thrives in collaborative environments and clear communication.
