Sr. Project & Portfolio Manager - Remote

Overview

Frasco is hiring a Senior Project & Portfolio Manager to build and lead its project and portfolio management function, driving structure, prioritization, and delivery across the organization.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional projects from intake through delivery.
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project ceremonies including kickoffs and updates.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Provide support to teams in adopting new processes.
• Serve as a key point of coordination across project teams.
• Support organizational readiness through communication.
• Build strong relationships across teams for effective execution.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project or program management.
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience within defined project management frameworks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a growing organization.
