Portfolio Manager - Remote

Overview

Wecare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a results-driven Portfolio Manager to manage, optimize, and align our portfolio of healthcare initiatives and strategic investments while working remotely.

In Short

• Oversee the performance, risk, and alignment of the organization’s portfolio.
• Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks and processes.
• Align portfolio investments with organizational strategy and goals.
• Track performance metrics across all programs and projects.
• Identify and monitor portfolio-level risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on portfolio status.
• Recommend process improvements for effective project delivery.
• Support implementation of new tools and methodologies.
• Ensure initiatives deliver expected value and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio or project management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and strategic planning.
• Experience with portfolio management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with multisite healthcare organizations is preferred.
