• Manage end-to-end payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee payroll submissions and approvals in partnership with Finance.
• Adhere to payroll legislation and statutory reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Act as the primary contact for payroll queries.
• Manage payroll systems and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with People Experience and Finance teams.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and scalability.

• Experience as a Payroll Manager, ideally in a growing business.
