Overview

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our customer success team by providing expert technical guidance and leading integration implementation for our health system customers.

In Short

  • Lead the end-to-end technical integration process with health system customers.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange through industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and OAuth2.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices for system performance.
  • Act as the integration & technical point of contact for the customer success team.
  • Provide support during critical phases of the customer lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the integration process.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Work with engineering teams to resolve deeper technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest EHR standards and APIs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with healthcare integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical integration role.
