Overview

As a Technical Solutions Account Manager in our MENA region, you will become the bridge between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 5000 customers, overseeing the entire customer journey from kick-off to onboarding to continued customer success and increased adoption.

In Short

  • Responsible for retention and expansion of Enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to strategize on increasing adoption of Hightouch.
  • Deliver organized onboarding for customers through effective project management.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across all products.
  • Assist with technical escalations in collaboration with Customer Support and Engineering.
  • Surface use cases and problems to Engineering to enhance the platform.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role.
  • Experience managing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and navigate unexpected roadblocks.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
