As the Manager of Implementation Management at Hightouch, you will lead a team responsible for onboarding customers effectively onto our AI marketing platform, ensuring they realize value quickly.

Requirements

• Strong coaching and feedback skills.

• Familiarity with customer success metrics.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with modern data stacks and B2B SaaS.
• Track record of improving customer retention.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Preferred background in marketing technology.
