Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • 8+ years of implementation and project management experience.
  • Experience in healthcare and pharmacy benefits management.
  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Robust analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mentality and solutions-oriented problem solver.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Execution-focused and efficiency-driven.
