Overview

As a Technical Solutions Account Manager in our MENA region, you will oversee the entire customer journey starting from kick-off to onboarding to continued customer success and increased adoption of the Hightouch platform.

In Short

  • Responsible for retention and expansion of Enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with Sales to strategize on increasing adoption.
  • Deliver timely and organized onboarding through project management.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance across all products.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on technical escalations.
  • Contribute to product innovation by surfacing use cases.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
  • Experience in managing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
