Technical Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Level AI will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building relationships and ensuring that AI-powered customer support solutions meet client needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
