Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Smile Digital Health will act as the primary post-sales liaison for assigned customers, ensuring successful delivery and long-term customer satisfaction while collaborating with various teams.

  • Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and security policies.
  • Track and report billable hours accurately.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in technical software delivery or similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or business program.
  • Experience in resource management and financial oversight.
  • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of managing multiple customer accounts.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and standards.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
