Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Veeam is responsible for planning, architecture, coordination, and management of professional services engagements, focusing on data protection and monitoring solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for all aspects of professional services engagements.
  • Architect and manage availability solutions.
  • Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work.
  • Support implementation and consulting services.
  • Create project plans, schedules, and communication plans.
  • Assist with solution assessment and design.
  • Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam Software solutions.
  • Document configuration and completed activities.
  • Facilitate communication between client and Veeam support.
  • Travel as required to meet company goals.

Requirements

  • VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience.
  • Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology required.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products.
  • Proven consulting and project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with networking protocols.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
