Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at PAR Technology Corporation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, leveraging your customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help clients maximize their use of PAR products.

In Short

  • Assist clients in identifying new features and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct business reviews with C-level executives.
  • Drive client adoption of PAR products post-implementation.
  • Deliver training to end users as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of client operations for effective problem resolution.
  • Ensure ongoing client retention and renewals.

Requirements

  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years experience with POS and back-office software for restaurants.
  • 2+ years of implementation experience in an enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong listening skills and customer orientation.
  • Natural relationship builder with empathy for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with CRM and/or CSM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, agile technical organization.
  • Previous hospitality industry management experience preferred.
