Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our Vungle Exchange customers around the globe with a hyper focus on our clients in the USA region. You will use your tech skills and customer service abilities to support our clients, including answering questions, helping with technical setups, and solving tech issues.

In Short

  • Become an expert on the Vungle Exchange and its features.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to build partnerships.
  • Manage client expectations through clear communication.
  • Escalate issues to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Analyze reporting data to identify revenue-impacting issues.
  • Support third-party integrations and maintain relationships.
  • Create documentation for common issues and tasks.
  • Use Charles Proxy to analyze network traffic.
  • Understand and interpret ad-related code and data.
  • Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in ad tech.
  • Deep knowledge of OpenRTB and VAST specifications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Charles Proxy and ad platform integration.
  • Ability to analyze HTTP protocol interactions.
  • Experience writing and running SQL queries.
  • Basic knowledge of industry privacy policies.
  • Strong communication skills with clients.
  • Ability to travel internationally for client engagements.
