Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Acquia, you’ll partner with our customers to translate business strategy into technical success, unlock the potential of our products, solve challenges, and mitigate risk for them. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple accounts, technologies, projects and potentially countries; expediting your own growth and cross-pollinating technical solutions between customers. You’ll work with a group of high-value customers and build strong relationships with them.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of Drupal experience and a developer background.
  • Ability to translate technical discussions for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
  • Use data to drive customer decision-making.
  • Prioritize competing requests effectively.
  • Focus on customer happiness without compromising work integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team cooperation skills.
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
