Overview

As a Staff Designer, you'll operate as a strategic design leader, shaping experiences across our digital products, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

In Short

• Define and drive the design vision and strategy for key product areas.
• Serve as a design lead on complex initiatives that span multiple teams or systems.

• Mentor mid-level and senior designers, providing feedback and helping them develop their craft.
• Advocate for design excellence and customer experience across the organization.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
