Overview

Experian is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between technology and client needs, combining technical account management and sales engineering skills to design and implement top-tier solutions.

In Short

  • Design and oversee Tier 1 solutions that meet client goals.
  • Provide integration expertise to ensure smooth system interoperability.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
  • Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Travel to clients approximately 10% of the time.
  • Possess knowledge in software development and system architecture.
  • Experience in credit services or financial industries is preferred.
  • Advanced degrees and leadership experience in consulting are a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in solution consulting or business analysis.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud, and web application design.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to summarize requirements from stakeholders.
