As a Technical Account Manager at Alarm.com, you will play a crucial role in the International Strategic Team, collaborating with Business Development to build strong relationships with regional strategic accounts while leveraging your technical expertise.

  • Represent Alarm.com at various industry events.
  • Travel across the APAC region to engage with strategic dealer partners.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Sciences preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support and/or account management.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Experience in Electronic Security, CCTV, Telecom, Cybersecurity, or IoT is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
