Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform, providing both strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers throughout the Wiz journey.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Serve as primary liaison for technical questions and escalations.
  • Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans with critical goals and KPIs.
  • Measure and report on customers’ achievement of KPIs.
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals.
  • Continuously monitor news related to emerging cloud security threats.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
