Overview

As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be at the forefront of Wiz’s customer success strategy, supporting customers in their Wiz adoption journey.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Contribute to sessions to help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
  • Run community-based engagement opportunities like webinars.
  • Drive risk reduction by increasing adoption and ensuring retention.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams for technical escalations.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various teams.
  • Offer insights on new features in Wiz.
  • Facilitate escalations for complex issues.
  • Assist in securing contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across organizations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness to learn cloud and cyber security technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
