In Short

  • Work with a team of Associate TAMs to support customers in their Wiz adoption journey.
  • Monitor dashboards for risk signals and partner with account teams for targeted interventions.
  • Lead sessions addressing adoption barriers and provide technical support.
  • Develop proactive strategies that create one-to-many impact.
  • Provide guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Run community-based engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations.
  • Advocate for customer needs across functions.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage.
  • Focus on driving adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness to learn cloud and cyber security technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
