The Technical Account Manager at OnePlan will ensure customers successfully adopt and leverage OnePlan’s capabilities by acting as a trusted technical advisor.

  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Experience with OnePlan or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Background in enterprise-level environments is appreciated.
  • Strong communication skills.
