In Short

  • Act as the technical advocate and advisor for assigned customer accounts.
  • Understand customer goals and operational environments.
  • Provide ongoing strategic and technical guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and usage data.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and value realization sessions.
  • Deliver enablement and product walkthroughs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in industries with OT systems.
  • 3+ years in OT or enterprise cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity and ICS/OT environments.
  • Familiarity with security operations and threat intelligence.
  • Experience with large, complex enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of SOC/SIEM workflows and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate business value to stakeholders.
