Requirements

  • 10 years in a Technical/Service role in software or telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in call/contact center and/or service delivery.
