Overview

The Technical Account Manager will be the driving force of customer adoption and revenue growth at Doppler, serving as the primary contact for mid-market and small-business/startup customers.

In Short

  • Lead customer onboarding and manage the post-sales experience.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technical users and decision-makers.
  • Develop deep understanding of Doppler’s capabilities and customer needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to develop case studies.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts.
  • Ensure customers are educated on product features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Drive retention and growth through renewals and upgrades.
  • Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Contribute to the success motion at Doppler.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in related roles.
  • Technical acumen in understanding customer requirements.
  • Proven track record in customer retention and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for startups.
  • Humble approach to knowledge gaps.
