Staff Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

Doppler is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to design and implement features across both frontend and backend services, promoting secure engineering practices in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Build out features across frontend and backend services
• Design, implement, and extend database models to support new features
• Collaborate with product and design to provide developer feedback on features
• Lead technical architecture and shape Doppler’s long-term vision
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Champion engineering best practices across the organization
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development required
• Experience with Node.js and React is essential
• Knowledge of SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Passion for security-first engineering preferred

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Experience building frontend and backend web services in Node.js + React
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
• A love for the craft with a curiosity and passion to learn
• Experience building features or products from inception to delivery
