Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack - Remote

In Short

• Lead the definition and evolution of portions of the technical roadmap.
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code that meets high-quality standards.
• Architect and lead major projects from conception through production deployment.
• Support and empower your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate and contribute as a member of a full-stack product development team.
• Create strong developer experiences through our dashboard, documentation, APIs, and SDKs.
• Engage directly with customers and partners as a technical expert to understand their challenges and translate complex requirements into well architected, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in professional software development, with a track record of technical leadership and architectural contributions, ideally in startups.
• Experience in JavaScript / TypeScript libraries and tooling, such as React.
• Experience building and interacting with GraphQL APIs, especially in Python.
• Demonstrated expertise building and evolving large-scale, distributed production systems.
• A commitment to working in a communicative and collaborative environment.
• You write code that can be easily understood by others, with an eye towards maintainability.
• You are a strong advocate for engineering excellence, automated testing, and other engineering best practices.
