Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer within the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team at ServiceNow, you will build high-quality, secure code that's scalable and reusable, helping to deliver consumer-grade digital experiences and products.

In Short

• Develop best-in-class technical designs for enterprise-grade software.
• Design and develop applications leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Work across the full stack of web technologies including JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Participate in a Scrum-based Agile development process.
• Implement software that is simple, intuitive, and customizable.
• Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products and features.
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
• 5 years of experience with Java or JavaScript and front-end technologies.
• Expertise in various architectural models.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple technology stacks including cloud service providers.
• Strong experience in building smart systems with AI & ML concepts.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform is preferable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
