Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Veriff, you will support key enterprise customers in the Americas, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and guiding customers to maximize the value from our solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage clients and lead projects.
