  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Tableau.
  • Basic SQL proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Business acumen focused on customer needs.
  • Strong bias for action and ownership.
  • Python coding skills are a plus.
