Overview

Alarm.com, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our talented international team in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be our market expert in the region and support pre-sales engineering, in-country launch planning, and ongoing key account management and development.

In Short

  • Drive the Technical Onboarding process for new partners.
  • Manage key international partners to ensure efficient utilization of Alarm.com services.
  • Provide ongoing product support and training to partners.
  • Gather feedback from partners to improve product and processes.
  • Represent Alarm.com at trade shows and events.
  • Support the Sales Team during pre-sales processes.
  • Create training materials for partners.
  • Conduct tests for new features in cooperation with Product Managers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, Math, or sciences preferred.
  • Fluency in English and another European language preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
  • Proficiency in consumer, cloud, and IoT technology.
  • Strong people skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines during high-volume periods.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% within the region.
